Our Services

Our lots are 40 x 100/4000 sq. ft. overlooking the grazing cattle of the adjacent farm land. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, with Scarborough Community Park within walking distance, and main street a half mile away. Our park has a private stocked fishing pond and trail with hammocks, benches, fire pit, and a community garden. 

Included in the land rental is trash removal and mowing, water and sewer.  Residents are responsible for electricity.
